How to Make Mega Upload Speed Faster

When I Ctrl+Alt+Supr and put task administrator my Net connection is at 36 Mbps and my net usage is like 3%. Is there a mode to upscale my upload speed? Is mega limiting my upload speed as I've got a costless account? Am I relating unrelated stuff when I think at that place's a relation betwixt net usage and upload speed? Thanks in advance
